Welcome to my new official site! My name is Lynn Suave “French Canadian Female Bodybuilder". I was born and raised in Montreal, Canada but i moved in USA Florida a few years ago to open my own "personal training" business. I have been training for BB 20 years so I started at 21 years and I was working in a Fitness gym and I was a teacher of Aerobic class. I got involved with BB because I was a good runner for long distance and then I started teaching class, I was looking the guys who do lifting weights so I decided to have another challenge so trained with them. I was developing so easy my muscular mass and saw my body change so fast and I was strong too so I was passionate for this sport and I keep persisting and challenging guys there... Also I decided in 1984 to get my Bachelor in Physical Education at the University of Montreal. This gave me more knowledge to teach kids in school that they should be brought up healthy and realize that sport is very important for the mind and physically also... After 4 years full time in University, with success I got my Bachelor Physical Education 1989 and I taught after that. 4 years in High School in Montreal kids teaching Physical Education... My goal with this Bachelor was opening my own gym in the future but finally I open a store for Vitamins close to the Montreal area. In 1990, I decided to have another challenge by entering a BB competition show"... So it was my first show Montreal BB show and I got success won my class Heavy weight so i persist to keep going to competed the same year with 3 mores BB show " Provincial Quebec winner, Night of Champion top 5 and East National qualification in Ontario top 3"... The year after, in 1991 I decided to competed at the North American in LA " top 10 finalist " and I went to Edmonton Canada after to do the National Canadian BB " 4 place . In 1992, I pursued my competition career and I did again the National Canadian in Halifax and placed 3rd place heavy weights. In 1993, I decided again to do the National Canadian because it was in Montreal my own town and I got my first place heavy class but lost one point to the Overall... Two weeks after, a friend of mine invited me to participated to do a BB show in New-Jersey , USA , because I was believe on my potential to be a Pro so i did they Heavy weight class and i won, I supposed to get the Overall but they couldn't gave to me because i am not Citizen American so after that, i decided to quick the competition BB and sell my business Vitamins shops and moved to the USA, Florida to have better future for my career BB. I never regret the move to the USA because I opened my own Business Personal Training with success... Lynn xx |
