My name is Lynn Suave and I am a French Canadian bodybuilder, that now resides in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I am 5:7" tall and weigh 170 off season, and compete at 155 pounds. I am always in shape....ripped...vascular and have a 44"DD chest and WIDE back.
I have been training for 26 years and you can see the maturity of my sexy muscle and my nickname is "Muscle Goddess"
I decided in 1984 to get my Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from the University of Montreal. This helped me focus on teaching children that health was so important and playing sports was so beneficial to a healthy body and mind. After 4 years I graduated with a degree and then taught for the next 4 years in High School.
I have won many bodybuilding shows between 1990 and 1993 in Canada, but I decided to move to Florida to begin my own Personal Training business called Lynn's Body Training. I work out usually 6 days a week for about 1 1/2- 2 hours per day.
I started working out when I was 21 years old while I was working in a gym as a Fitness Instructor. I also did alot of long distance running before I started bodybuilding. When I was in the gym watching the guys lift weights, I decide that...that is what I wanted to do. I wanted to challenge myself to build mass and body strength, so I became hooked on the sport. I saw my body change drastically....very quickly...and that motivated me to keep going and keep challenging myself and my body.

My Diet
My diet consists of 5 small meals per day. With high, lean protein....70% protein and 30% carbs. The only carbs I eat are oats, sweet potatoe, and brown rice. I put my protein powder in my oatmeal in the morning and have 1 cup at night with water before bed.
My cheating day is usually Sunday, when I get to enjoy a few sweet things:) |
